Ingredients
25g Ground Coffee
(Medium coarse)
Vietnamese Phin
Stainless Steel
2 tbsp Sweet Milk
Condensed (Optional)
Lots of Ice Cubes
To chill
1. Prepare Your Cup

Grab a glass
2.
Pour 2 tsp of condensed milk into it
(Skip this if you prefer your coffee black!)
2. Brew
1. Add Coffee
2. Place Filter
3. Press Gently
4. Pour Hot Water
3. Drip
Place phin on glass. Wait for the magic drip...
4. Serve
Stir well. Add ice. Enjoy!
Pro Tips
Bloom:
Pour 20ml water, wait 2 minutes, then fill to top.
Too Fast?
Tighten the screw for a stronger, slower drip.
